The eyes of everyone who's anyone in the international fashion world are upon you and suddenly your six inch heels decide to tip you on your bum!  That's exactly what happened to this leggy catwalk girl  below at the Herve Leger by Max Azria show at New York Fashion Week on Sunday. Well, of course she is not the only impossible glam woman to take a spill on the catwalk but still.... it probably would be messy after all with journalists, media, and newspaper etc

The gangly girl was all smiles, and recovered from the high-profile tumble with remarkable panache. She returned backstage with only mild bruising to her ego.
